Job Purpose & Accountabilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations the Events and Hosting Associate executes strategies, frameworks, and plans through various tactics.

Acting as a team member with a varied and powerful toolkit of skills, the Events and Hosting Associate is vital for the success of the accountabilities of the Marketing and Communications Team, including:

• Awareness and Affinity of the Amii Brand
• Communicating Thought Leadership and Scientific Excellence
• Funnel Nurturing including Audience Segmentation

In addition, the Events and Hosting Associate undertakes specific but limited planning and advisory roles when opportunities arise that are aligned with their skillset and growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management, communications, marketing and/or public relations
• 2+years of hands-on experience in social media management, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems (including marketing automation)
• Post-secondary degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Production/Stage Management, Arts/Film Management)
