Reporting to the Product Owner, Talent, the Program Coordinator serves as a key member of a dedicated program stream and an active participant in facilitating excellent client relationships and industry partnerships within the organization. The Program Coordinator is responsible for customer success and prides themselves on creating exceptional experiences for Amii’s clients and program participants.
Also, the Program Coordinator acts as an invaluable team resource for end-to-end logistics of program and product delivery.
The Program Coordinator acts as an internal fixer for a cross-functional team and is driven to identify and remove barriers to ensure team cohesion and collaboration.

The Program Coordinator also undertakes specific, but limited, planning roles when opportunities arise that are aligned with their skillset and growth plans.
