AI Literacy for the K-12 Classroom
The world is changing. With the acceleration of technology -- particularly artificial intelligence (AI) -- school-aged kids of today face different challenges and opportunities than previous generations.
Teachers and schools are uniquely positioned to help students minimize the pitfalls and maximize the positive benefits of this technology, both now and in the future.
What's included?
In addition to learning kits, teachers may also engage in PD sessions, coaching sessions, classroom visits, guest speakers and field trip opportunities.
What programming is currently available?
Our high school program is available to successful applicants. Those interested in other grade levels can use the application form to get notified when other programs publicly launch.
What is the cost to participate?
Amii offers K-12 Literacy programming free of charge. Teachers will be asked to participate in program-related surveys, check-ins, and evaluation processes as part of the program.

Resources align with Alberta's Program of Studies and Student Competencies, allowing easy integration into the classroom.
