Sharareh Younesian is a Machine Learning Resident with the Advanced Technology team at Amii, working with Thrive Career Wellness.

Sharareh earned her Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, where her research focused on Reinforcement Learning. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Tehran, building a comprehensive understanding of the field.

Prior to working at Amii, Sharareh worked at Huawei's Noah's Ark Lab as a Machine Learning Research Engineer, specializing in the area of quantization for LLMs.

In her free time, Sharareh finds relaxation in reading books and watching movies and TV.
