Maria is currently the Executive Assistant to the Executive Team. Previously, she was Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison, since 2022.

Maria is an alumna of York University, where she received a Specialized Honours BA in English & Professional Writing (IC).

Passionate about communications, Governance and administrative management, Maria previously held roles at MacEwan University, the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), BMO Nesbitt Burns and TD Waterhouse.

Outside the office, she enjoys motivating & empowering others, athletics, food, books, movies and above all, spending time with her family and friends, especially her daughter.
