Hasti Nourmohammadi is a Research Associate with the Advanced Tech team, focusing on data center and energy optimization. Her work explores online algorithms and machine learning methods to improve the efficiency of large-scale computing systems—ranging from workload prediction to dynamic workload scheduling and intelligent resource allocation.

Hasti holds a double BSc in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Alberta, where her Master’s research focused on online optimization and sequential decision-making under uncertainty using machine learning–based predictions.

Outside of work, Hasti enjoys hiking, gardening, reading novels, and practicing martial arts.
