Some of the information gathered here is provided to the Government of Canada. This enables the Government of Canada to measure the results of the AI for Earth program, as well as fulfill its obligation of accountability to Parliament and the Canadian public regarding the AI for Earth program's operation. This information, when provided to Canada, is administered in accordance with the Privacy Act (R. S.C., 1985, c. P-21) and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Participants have a right under the Access to Information Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. A-1) to obtain access to that information from Canada.
