Amii (Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute) is one of Canada’s three national AI institutes and has been a world-leading research lab for over two decades. The module is built on UNESCO’s AI Competency Framework for Students, ensuring that the instruction is globally aligned and evidence-based. This guarantees students receive the most accurate and forward-looking education available, grounded in two decades of AI research.
Your institution has signed a formal agreement with Amii to participate in this program. By doing so, you are officially a part of the national AI Workforce Readiness program consortium, ensuring the module is fully vetted, nationally recognized, and aligned with the highest standards of AI education across the country.
The learning outcomes for AI for All: Essentials for Students are fundamentally built upon UNESCO's AI Competency Framework for Students. This ensures the module establishes the essential foundational skills, critical thinking, and ethical framework required across all disciplines.
