Explore Machine Learning in Amii Fellow Lili Mou’s online course this fall

Do you want a solid foundation in machine learning? Sit in on an online course being offered this fall by Canada CIFAR AI Chair and Amii Fellow Lili Mou (who also holds the AltaML Professorship in Natural Language Processing at the University of Alberta)!

The free-to-audit course entitled “Machine Learning” is being delivered online from September 1 to December 7, 2020. Join in synchronous classes every Tuesday and Thursday, or catch up via recorded video at your leisure.

From the course description:

Machine learning teaches a machine to learn from previous experience and makes a prediction for (possibly new) data. This course covers standard materials of a “Machine Learning” course, such as linear regression, linear classification, as well as non-linear models.
