Mahdi Maghouli is a Machine Learning Resident with the Advanced Technology team at Amii, currently supporting Hines Health. He completed his MSc in Computing Science at the University of Alberta, where his research focused on applying machine learning and game theory to challenges in the energy sector. Alongside his academic work, Mahdi has built AI-driven products, including PoScout, an AI-native job application copilot that helps users find relevant roles, tailor applications, and manage their job search more effectively.

Outside of work, Mahdi enjoys travelling, road trips, tennis, and exploring topics like finance and geopolitics. He also loves cooking, although he cooks only occasionally, the results are unforgettable. A fun fact about him: He has visited more than 14 countries and once drove nearly 3,000 km in three days.
