Reginald (Reggie) McLean is an Applied Research Scientist whose career is defined by successfully translating advanced machine learning research into tangible, real-world solutions. With a robust academic background, including a Ph.D. from Toronto Metropolitan University (2025) and an MSc. from Brock University, Reggie uniquely blends theoretical expertise with practical leadership, gained as a Lead Machine Learning Developer at Castle Ridge Asset Management and a Data Scientist Intern at the Royal Bank of Canada. He is also dedicated to knowledge transfer as a Lecturer, ensuring complex technical insights are effectively communicated to both clients and students.
