Veer Gidwaney is a three-time entrepreneur who has founded, built, and sold companies across the health, benefits, and technology sectors. He is the former CEO and Founder of Ansel Health, a supplemental health insurance company he established in 2019 and grew until its acquisition by Renaissance in 2025. Prior to Ansel, Veer co-founded and served as CEO of Maxwell Health in 2010, building it into a leading employee benefits platform before its acquisition by Sun Life Financial in 2018. His entrepreneurial journey began with Control-F1 in 1999, a technology company he co-founded and led as CEO until its acquisition by Computer Associates (CA) in 2006. Veer serves as an advisor to organizations and leadership teams across a range of industries and stages.
