1. Eligibility & Participation
Referrer Status: To be eligible for a reward, the Referrer must be currently accepted into the AI for Earth program and remain enrolled/active at the time of reward fulfillment.
Geographic & Age Restrictions: This promotion is open only to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
Exclusions: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Amii are ineligible to participate. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Acceptance: Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these terms and the Amii Privacy Policy.
2. Qualified Referrals
A "Qualified Referral" must meet all of the following criteria:
New Applicants Only: The referred individual must be a new applicant who has not previously applied for or been accepted into the current AI for Earth cohort. Retroactive claims will not be honored.
Correct Attribution: The Referrer’s full first and last name must be entered correctly in the “Who referred you?” field at the time of the peer's application. Only one referrer may be credited per applicant; in the event of multiple claims, the first valid submission received by Amii will be recognized.
Program Acceptance: The referred applicant must not only apply but be officially accepted into the AI for Earth program. Referral validity is contingent upon the successful verification of both application and acceptance.
Promotion Window: Referrals must be submitted between March 20, 2026, and March 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST.
3. Rewards & Fulfillment
The Reward: Eligible participants will receive an Amii Swag Package.
Limits: There is a limit of one (1) reward per participant, regardless of the number of successful referrals made.
No Cash Value: Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and no substitutions or exchanges are permitted by participants. Amii reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value if necessary.
Communication: Amii will contact eligible participants using the email address provided in their application. It is the participant's responsibility to monitor their inbox and ensure contact information is accurate.
Claim Period: If a participant does not respond to the initial outreach within 14 days, the reward may be forfeited.
Shipping: Shipping is limited to Canada only. Amii is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments, nor for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the participant. Fulfillment timelines (e.g., early April) are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Conduct & Program Integrity
Anti-Fraud: Use of bots, scripts, bulk submissions, or spam tactics is strictly prohibited. Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent referrals will be disqualified.
Auditing: Amii reserves the right to audit and verify all referrals. Any attempt to manipulate the program may result in disqualification and/or removal from the AI for Earth program.
Finality: All decisions made by Amii regarding eligibility, acceptance, and reward fulfillment are final.
5. Limitation of Liability
Amii is not liable for technical errors, system failures, submission issues, or incomplete/late applications.
Participants release Amii from all liability related to participation in the promotion or the use of the rewards.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
6. Privacy & Data
Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the program, including verification and fulfillment, in accordance with Amii’s Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Amii contacting you regarding your referral status.
Amii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
