Golnaz Mesbahi is a Machine Learning Resident with the Advanced Tech team at Amii, where she works with Blue Raven on adaptive real-time fraud detection. Previously, she completed a residency focused on AI for sustainability, and before that served as a Research Assistant at the RLAI lab, where her work centered on the stability of AI agents in continual learning settings.

Golnaz holds an MSc in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, where she was advised by Amii Fellows Adam White and Martha White.

Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, cooking, and a good cup of coffee.
