Mobina Mosannafat is a Machine Learning Resident with the Advanced Technology team at Amii. She is currently collaborating with iMIRGE Medical Inc. on developing machine learning solutions for medical imaging to support clinical decision-making. She is also a Machine Learning Researcher at the University of Alberta, where her work focuses on applying deep learning to improve head and neck cancer treatment workflows. More broadly, she is passionate about translating AI research into impactful healthcare applications and building systems that bridge technical innovation with real-world clinical needs.

Outside of work, Mobina enjoys baking, caring for her plants, decorating her space, and exploring new cafes—often combining her love for nature with a good cup of coffee.
