Nafisa Bowen is senior leader with extensive experience strengthening charitable organizations through strategic partnerships, fundraising leadership, and inclusive governance. With more than 15 years in the nonprofit and charity sector, she has supported mission-driven growth at organizations including STARS Air Ambulance and the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation.

A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a 2022 Association of Healthcare Philanthropy 40 Under 40 recipient, Nafisa is deeply committed to community leadership. She currently volunteers with YWCA Edmonton's Rose Council and has previously served as a board member with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Edmonton and Area Chapter, Community Connections Institute, The Learning Exchange, as well as a campaign cabinet member for MacEwan University’s Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, relationship building, and long-term organizational impact.
