Peter Tertzakian brings four decades of experience across the energy sector, spanning oil and gas, renewables, economics, and policy. He is the founder of Studio.Energy, a next-generation think tank working at the intersection of energy, policy, and economics, where he has developed tools and analysis to support leaders making decisions in a rapidly changing world.

Widely recognized as a respected voice on macroeconomic, geopolitical, and business issues, Peter is also the co-host of the ARC Energy Ideas podcast and the author of three books, including two international bestsellers. His work combines rigorous analysis with creative storytelling to communicate complex issues related to energy, economics, and the environment. He also curates The Art of Energy in Canmore and serves on the Board of the National Gallery Foundation.

Veer Gidwaney is a three-time entrepreneur who has founded, built, and sold companies across the health, benefits, and technology sectors. Most recently, he was the CEO and Founder of Ansel Health, a supplemental health insurance company he launched in 2019 and grew through its acquisition by Renaissance in 2025.

Prior to Ansel, Veer co-founded and served as CEO of Maxwell Health, building it into a leading employee benefits platform before its acquisition by Sun Life Financial in 2018. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Control-F1, a technology company acquired by Computer Associates in 2006. Today, Veer continues to advise organizations and leadership teams across a range of industries and stages, bringing deep experience in entrepreneurship, scaling companies, and strategic growth.
